Zeus

Zeus is a male dog urgently in need of a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide continued medical care and support. Zeus is suffering from chronic skin issues that have not resolved despite multiple rounds of treatment and medical intervention. His persistent skin condition raises concern for an underlying dermatologic disease that requires further investigation and long-term management. Zeus will require additional diagnostics, continued veterinary evaluation, and potentially specialized dermatologic care to determine the underlying cause and develop an effective treatment plan. His ongoing medical needs exceed what we can consistently provide in the shelter environment. Zeus is at risk for euthanasia due to his chronic, unresolved skin condition and need for further diagnostics and long-term medical management beyond what we can provide in the shelter. If you are interested in helping Zeus, please email dasadopt@dallas.gov with your contact information so we can call you back.
